global warming and such great issues

to be frank i am thoroughly confused
about great issues like global warming,
deforestation perils etc .

latest of these great issues is overexploitation
of ground water. what will happen if we draw out the
water ? will it escape from the earth or will it
circulate in our system in the form of rai ?

Global warming is something alluded to developed countries rather than developing countries like India. The contribution of green house gases by USA alone is 30%.But they criticize India and other third world countries.Per-capita use of power in USA is exorbitantly high. More power means more warming in simpler terms. Let the developed countries tackle the issue of global warming.
But over exploitation of ground water and deforestation are issues something concerned with us. Not that the water will escape from the earth, it will create an uneven distribution or more precisely disturb the balance or equilibrium that is difficult to reestablish.
