govt says conrators are playing games.
why not permit/encourage
bus owners association to repair
the roads. after all they stand to gain
the most from good roads.

Statstics says Kerala has the best road network in the world.It is equivalent to Japan.Of cousse, I agree that the condittion of the road is dismally bad thanks to the ravaging monsoon furry.And, withal the complacent attitude towards corruption that grabbed the Kerala syche.Malayee betrays malayalee.What else!
